Lol...loads of events happened yesterday. Lemme just try to recall them.
Right, so yesterday night was a night when many of my "first times" occurred. First time I managed not to sleep throughout the whole night ( Okay okay..not the WHOLE night. I do admit having dozed off for quite a while at times...but only a while okie?), first time I played mahjiong and won=D, first time I've been to a bar, first time I consumed alcoholic drinks, first time I managed to catch a whole football match from beginning to end, etc.
Haha...so the day began with Zw's bbq party at his house! Py and Zw taught me mahjiong before the rest arrived, and I won the first time round! - beams- Haha...then after Maoying and XX arrived we took turns at playing, and I won four times altogether! Woohoooo...beginner's luck. =D Too bad we didn't play with money la lOl....=p
After the bbq and yummilicious cake ( Btw, happy birthday to Zw's sis! Even though it's still a few days away haha...), we met up with GJ and went to Boat Quay to catch the England VS Portugal match. Well, I must say the view wasn't very good.>.<>.< style="font-style: italic;">Tequila Sunrise with GJ...ermm...let's just say I'm not a great fan of alcohol. Why do some people like to drink so much?? It's so bitter, and the cocktail that I drank is already considered very mild, I can't imagine how the beer that the rest were drinking tastes like. Lol. Truth to be told the match between England and Portugal was rather boring...zzz...and once again England lost during penalty shoot-out. Aww...what a pity...
Anyway, we went off roaming the streets after that, waiting for the next match at 3a .m. to begin. Took "couple" pics along the Singapore River..lOL..and this Caucasian suddenly came up to us and started mumbling about some nonsensical stuff. We were like, so wary of him. Haha...then he told us not to be afraid of him cos he didn't mean to scare us. Then he asked XX one question, I can't rmb what, and XX replied "No la...." The Caucasian then started to imitate his "la" and played an invisible keyboard using his fingers. Lol! Damn funny. Py said the guy is probably too griefed by the fact that England had just lost. Hah. Caucasians are like, so friendly. We were sitting on the bridge across the S'pore River, and this Caucasian whizzing past in a trishaw suddenly put up his hands and hollered "ENGLAND!" at us. Haaaah....
Caught the next match in a bar...this time, the view was really good.=) And the match is like, much more exciting! Lol...surprise surprise. Brazil didn't get through to the semi-finals...how crazy is that?? The gurls were supporting Brazil cos we spotted a damn shuai player - no. 8 Kaka. Hah. XX said he's eighteen and married. Tt's like, oh my gawd.>< And this time round, I ordered a non-alcoholic drink, and enjoyed it much better. Cranberry cooler tastes so great!=)
Lucky Zw had his sister come pick him up at 5 plus after the match, while the rest of us milled around the huge area in front of UOB plaza, waiting for the gate of Raffles MRT station to open. Wth...waited for one hour plus la. The first train only starts at 6 plus on Sunday morning. Sooo loooonng...and the wind was so darn cold somemore. Lols. Reached home at around 7 and literally collapsed into bed after bathing. Really felt damn tired...
Wah...this is quite a long entry. Off to watch legally blonde!
